Cancellation Policy for Consumers<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The cancellation period is 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

In the case of a contract for multiple items that you ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.<\/p>\n

In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or items, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.<\/p>\n

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose. You are not required to use this form. <\/p>\n

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.<\/p>\n

Consequences of the Revocation<\/h2>\n

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard shipping costs. We will not refund any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer. <\/p>\n

The refund will be issued immediately and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract.<\/p>\n

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees in connection with this refund. <\/p>\n

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract.<\/p>\n

The deadline is considered met if you ship the merchandise before the 14-calendar-day period expires.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the merchandise.<\/p>\n

For goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by mail in the usual manner<\/strong>, you are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment. These costs are estimated at no more than 24 euros. <\/p>\n

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.<\/p>\n

Please return the merchandise in a manner that provides adequate protection and ensures it arrives safely. Using the original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal. <\/p>\n

Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply or may be excluded in the following cases:<\/p>\n

  1. Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs;<\/li>\n
  2. sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery;<\/li>\n
  3. Goods that, due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;<\/li>\n
  4. Services, if the service has been fully performed and performance did not begin until after the consumer expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the expiration of the withdrawal period and confirmed their understanding that they would lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Only those statutory exemptions apply whose requirements are actually met in the specific case.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
